My Story

My passion for aviation began in childhood, growing up in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where my grandfather, Carlos, introduced me to airplanes and the excitement of flight. By age eight, I had begun formal flight training and was recognized by the FAA as the youngest student pilot in Puerto Rico at the time. Those early experiences instilled the discipline, precision, and attention to detail that continue to guide me today.

After studying business at Lynn University and hospitality at Les Roches in Switzerland, I saw an opportunity to bring a more coordinated, service-driven approach to aircraft ownership. That vision led me to found Skyline Group MC and pursue a new model for private aviation, one that brings advisory, management, and operations together under a single strategy.

Today, my mission is to deliver an ownership experience built on precision, transparency, trusted relationships, and exceptional service.

LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY

The Intersection of Service and Aviation

The greatest lesson hospitality taught me is that exceptional service is rarely visible. The guest experiences simplicity because the complexity has already been solved. Business aviation should operate the same way. My career has focused on applying hospitality principles to aviation operations, creating an ownership experience that is proactive, coordinated, and seamless.

Let's Connect
Hospitality First
My hospitality background influences every decision I make. Aircraft ownership is not simply about transportation. It is about time, access, privacy and control: an asset that, when managed properly, can become an extraordinary tool for both business and life.
Precision Matters
Aviation is an industry where details matter. Small oversights become large problems.

I believe disciplined processes, proactive communication, and rigorous execution create trust.
Long-Term Relationships
The most successful partnerships in aviation are measured in decades, not transactions. My objective has always been to become a trusted advisor rather than a vendor.
Building Systems
Sustainable growth comes from building systems that scale. I am passionate about creating organizations where information flows seamlessly, accountability is clear, and excellence becomes repeatable.

Principles

"Excellence is a process, not an event."

"Details matter."
"Relationships are built through consistency."
"Service is remembered long after transactions are forgotten."
